Martin's interest for sound engineering began quite early in his life. He started playing guitar and bass at the age of 11 and by the age of 15 he was already trying to record his first band. After finishing school he entered Tec-Son Institute in Buenos Aires, Argentina to begin his studies in Sound Engineering.
By end of his studies he was already working in different recording studios and his neighbourhood radio station. He continued studying while he was working and obtained Pro Tools HD certificate and his Mastering Engineer degree. In 2008, he decided to move to Switzerland to explore new horizons.
In Switzerland he started working as a Live sound engineer and worked for several years in the Montreux Music & Convention Center where he developed a serious interest in acoustics after knowing the Stravinsky and Miles Daves halls. In parallel he founded dbr Studios where he worked with artist of a variety of music genders, from Rock, Pop, Rap, EDM, R&B, Soul and Reggae to Classical and Jazz.
In 2018, Martin decided to move to Berlin and install his new facility in one of the Funkhaus recording studios where he is mostly working as mastering engineer.
